Items are shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $15 per order. A tracked service with signature on delivery is used where available.

Insurance can be arranged at an additional cost. Please email before ordering if you would like to add insurance.

PAYMENT
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST. Credit and debit card payments are securely processed by Stripe.

RETURNS
Please choose carefully, as returns or exchanges are not offered for change of mind. Please refer to the dimensions provided on each product page and email before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing or an item.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please email to arrange an appropriate remedy.

JEWELLERY CARE
Painted and other surfaces may require delicate handling. Please handle your jewellery with the same care you would give an artwork.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. It can be gently cleaned with a very soft toothbrush, warm water and mild dish detergent, and polished as needed with a jewellery cloth. A 100% cotton jewellery cloth is recommended. Store your jewellery in a suitable box or airtight bag when not being worn to help minimise tarnishing.

JEWELLERY REPAIRS
If your piece requires attention, please email a photograph and brief description of the issue. Repairs may incur a charge.

PRIVACY
Personal information provided when placing an order or contacting Arkh Store is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service and operate the online store.

Information may be provided to service providers where necessary to fulfil these purposes, such as payment processors and delivery providers. Arkh Store does not sell your personal information.
